An Eco-Friendly Facelift

New paver surfaces. New water-wise plantings.

The landscaping around this visually stunning modern office building used to be dull and dilapidated. Crumbling concrete walkways were replaced with chic modern pavers in a sophisticated light gray tone. The uninspiring landscaping at the corner of the building was replaced with ornamental trees, water-wise perennial grasses, and pollinator-friendly flowers, which softens the look of the building from the pedestrian point of view.

Reminiscent of New York City’s High Line, the surroundings now appear fresh and modern, with a layered look that enhances and establishes a welcoming atmosphere. The eco-friendly landscape minimizes the need for constant maintenance while making the entire property feel distinctly modern.
